WHAT IS
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
A payment method where the customer pays at delivery rather than online at checkout. Represents 40 to 50 percent of Indian D2C orders. COD orders have 20 to 35 percent RTO rates versus 5 to 10 percent for prepaid.
