No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months after the last interaction. Newsletter subscribers' data is retained until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@sorted.agency.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — database and backend services
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• Google Analytics — website analytics (with your consent)
• Calendly / Cal.com — strategy call scheduling
